New Les Mills releases to get fit for the summer

The new Les Mills releases are out! If you haven’t tried BodyPump, GRIT, BodyBalance, BodyCombat or The Trip yet, now is a great time as even the regulars are getting to grips with the new workouts.

BODYPUMP is a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.

GRIT is one of the quickest ways to take your fitness to the next level, this high-intensity interval training builds cardiovascular fitness and lean muscle while sending calorie burn through the roof – all in only 30 mins.

BODYBALANCE will improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. You’ll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness with no experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
