Ready to try something new, build serious fitness, and learn real boxing technique — even if you’ve never thrown a punch before?

The 12-week Hatton Boxing course is designed for complete beginners, combining authentic boxing technique with high-intensity cardio, resistance, and functional training. Developed by the world-renowned Hatton Boxing Academy, founded by four-time World Champion Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton, this programme is built to take you from fundamentals to advanced-level drills — safely, effectively, and with expert guidance.

What to expect:

Learn the core principles of boxing technique
Master safe striking and combination drills
Build full-body fitness: strength, stamina, agility, and coordination
Improve balance, reaction time, and mental focus
Reduce stress and boost confidence in every session

This course is open to all fitness levels, with full support and coaching from Hatton Boxing Certified Instructor, Vince Mann. Vince will guide a small group of boxing novices through structured training designed to help you progress each week.
