Fitness Classes

From holistic yoga to cardio and strength classes like spinning, HIIT and BodyPump, the fitness class timetable runs from 7am through until 8pm with over 70 sessions a week.

Combining the best group exercise programmes from world-leader, Les Mills, with in-house and guest instructor classes, the Fitness Class Timetable at Exeter Golf and Country Club provides you with everything you need for your fitness and well-being. 

   Classes are scientifically-proven to boost motivation and keep your commitment running high to improve your general fitness as well as complementing other sports or activities that you love. The Fitness Team can explain how adding in a yoga or HIIT class a week could improve your golf swing, tennis serve or even your running speed and stamina.
