Fitness Classes

From holistic yoga to cardio classes like spinning, HIIT and BodyPump, the fitness class timetable runs from 7am through until 8pm.

We offer a range of Les Mills class programmes, including BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, Barre, BodyBalance and Les Mills virtual fully-immersive spin, The Trip. Les Mills classes are workouts powered by science, with the world’s best music, best moves, and best instructors, delivered in 20,000 clubs worldwide.

 

Group exercise is proven to increase effort, enjoyment, satisfaction and your likelihood to keep exercising.
