GOLF REPORT…The spring trophy took place on Sunday April 6th with teams from all divisions of the Dartmoor League. Each side with 3 pairs playing better ball. The top two scores added together then went forward with the lower of the 3 pairs.
Played on a lovely sunny morning at @woodbury_park with the course set up long off the white tees. Our 3 pairs put in a great performance finishing 2nd overall to a very good @boveycastlegolf side.

Min 1) 10 Incline Bench Press - choose a weight you can manage
Min 2) 10/8 Cal Ski (male/female)
Choose a level that is right for you;
Levels:
L1: EMOM for 12 min
L2: Every 90s for 16 min
L3: EMOM for 20 min
If you feel that 10 bench press in 1min and 10/8 calories in 1min isn’t enough time, scale back to 90s or 2min to allow for more rest time.
