INDOOR POOL

A POOL FOR EVERY PACE

Every visit to our indoor pool is a little different.

Early mornings are popular with lane swimmers fitting in lengths before work. During the day, you’ll find members swimming for fitness, rehabilitation or simply taking time to unwind. Afternoons bring swimming lessons and family sessions, while evenings often see members recovering after the gym or enjoying a leisurely swim.

And if you’re looking for a little peace and quiet, the last session of the evening is often the perfect time. The pace slows, the atmosphere becomes calmer and there’s no better way to end the day than with a few relaxing lengths followed by time in the sauna or steam room.

Whether you come to train, recover, spend time with family or simply switch off, there’s a place for you in the water.

FAMILY TIME

FUN SESSIONS | SWIM LESSONS

From first splashes to growing confidence in the water, our indoor pool is a place for the whole family to enjoy. Children can have fun during our dedicated family swim sessions and expanded school holiday timetable, while our popular swimming lessons help babies, children and adults develop essential water skills with experienced instructors.

Whether you’re making memories together at the weekend or helping your child learn a skill for life, our indoor pool offers a safe, welcoming environment where every family can enjoy time in the water.

SWITCH OFF TIME

RELAXATION | RECOVERY

Whether you’re fitting in a lunchtime swim, enjoying peaceful evening lengths or simply looking for an hour to yourself, our adults-only sessions offer the perfect opportunity to unwind.

With dedicated times reserved exclusively for adults, you can enjoy uninterrupted lane swimming, improve your fitness or simply relax in the water before heading to the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.
