We cater to a range of activities including Adult Swim Sessions, Swimming Lessons with our talented and experienced instructors, Family Swimming and also LifeGuard Training too.

Dive into luxury in our 17.5 metre indoor pool which is one depth and has a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna or enjoy the fresh air of the outdoor pool, open and heated to the perfect temperature, year-round*. The outdoor pool is 20 metres with a deep end and is surrounded by a beautiful Victorian walled garden, complete with sun-loungers in the warmer summer months.

There is really nothing like a moonlit swim in the outdoor heated pool on a summer evening or a refreshing dip first thing on a winter’s morning; not for the faint-hearted but extremely rejuvenating none-the-less! Whether you swim for fitness, relaxation or fun, swimming is one of the best ways to keep active. As a low impact sport swimming is suitable for everyone.

With a sauna in both the men’s and ladies’ changing rooms and a steam room, you can enjoy a relaxing heat treatment after a strenuous workout or a dip in the pool.

Exeter Golf and Country Club is the only place you can enjoy swimming in a heated outdoor pool, all year* round – even during the winter…weather permitting! Conveniently located between Exeter and Topsham, our outdoor pool is perfect for an early morning swim or a late night dip.

Pool opening times: 6.30am – 9.30pm weekdays and 7.00am – 8.00pm at the weekend*

*The swimming pools may close for maintenance when required or, in relation to the outdoor pool – when the ground is frozen. Therefore we cannot guarantee it is open every day of the year. Swimming and sports facilities are only open for members.
