As we approach the final few weeks before the long anticipated opening of the new Twenty Twenty Six course, our Deputy Course Manager Dave Chappell talks us through the timeline leading up to the full course opening at the end of the month. The golf alteration project has been an exciting project led by well know course designer Tom MacKenzie and the course changes have been expertly carried out by Profusion who have also been working at Wentworth on course upgades.
With 8 hole’s having had changes made of some kind, members and visitors will now be able to test their skills on a superbly laid out par 70 golf course. With testing bunkers to avoid and undulating greens to navigate, the Twenty Twenty Six course will offer all golfers a fair challenge whilst remaining perfectly playable for all standards of golfers.
