Join Rebecca for a new Flow Yoga class from Wednesday 5th October at 5.15pm.
As a Yoga Alliance Professional Certified ‘Experienced Yoga Teacher’ and ‘Yin Yoga Teacher, Rebecca’s classes are suitable for advanced yogis as well as beginners. Uplifting for both body and mind with feel good flow that is guaranteed to leave you feeling a little lighter and brighter, each practice begins with gentle guided breath work helping to settle the mind and relax the body. Seamlessly easing the body into movement building a little heat and pace as the flow progresses with thoughtful, creative, sequencing.
Rebecca’s encouraging, clear guidance will ask you to meet yourself right where you are, whilst working to develop flexibility and strength in equal measure., welcoming back a sense of whole body vitality and ease.
Options and modifications will be given in order that this practice offers you just what you need. It is therefore suitable for all levels.

Helping you to move well and feel good is Rebecca’s life’s passion and work. With a rich offering of Flow Yoga and Barre, Rebecca loves to share her lifetime’s journey spent studying dance, education and yoga. Rebecca will helping guide you on your wellness journey whilst most importantly of all, having fun along the way.
As well as being a highly qualified and experienced yoga instructor, Rebecca is a firm believer in the power of movement and has an Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance, a PGCE (Qualified Teacher) and a background in Classical Ballet. Rebecca enjoys a wide variety of movement modalities and studying with a broad range of Senior Yoga teachers.
