Sprint8 next level interval training

If you’ve been in the gym recently, you may have seen our brand new Matrix treadmills and ascent climbers. Fastest way to burn calories and reduce body fat – just three 20-minute sprint-intensity workouts for 8 weeks significantly decreases body fat and lowers bad ‘LDL’ cholesterol (see the research).

Unlike traditional exercise like a jog or walk, Sprint 8® stimulates HGH (human growth hormone) into the body, which regulates body composition, muscle and bone growth, and sugar and fat metabolism. HRH naturally reduces with age in through a process called somatopause, and there are only two ways to increase it – injectables or high intensity cardio like sprint intervals.

How does it work?

In traditional exercise, including ordinary HIIT workouts, you are never pushed to your maximum threshold.  Similar to Les Mills GRIT, the Sprint 8® workouts go one step beyond HIIT. With Sprint 8®, each 30-second sprint must be performed with all-out intensity, so the last few intervals result in fast-twitch muscle fatigue so slow-twitch muscles take over. The balance of 30 seconds of true intensity and 90 seconds of recovery is the ideal ratio, and can lead to a healthier weight and BMI.

You can never outgrow Sprint 8® because every time your fitness level rises, so does the challenge. Choose from pre-set interval levels of beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite, or create your own custom workout where you set your own intensity level for the sprint interval and the recovery interval. 

 

How to use Sprint *

Sign in using sticker or membership card
Click setup on Sprint 8
Choose Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite or Custom
It will show how quick and long each interval is, accompanied with a rest time/speed next to it
Choose a sub setting (located underneath B,I,A,E,C. The higher the number of sub setting, the quicker each interval)
Custom will allow you to change each the incline and speed of each interval along with the recovery
