Whether you’re new to working out or you want to improve your running, golf, squash, tennis, strength training, team sports or even skiing (with the winter ahead of us), classes are a great way to complement your other activities and keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals.

To improve your tennis, squash or running, try GRIT once a week to increase strength, stamina and reaction time with BODYBALANCE to improve agility, flexibility and help keep you injury free.

For golf, maybe try THE TRIP spin session as a low-impact cardio workout, teamed up with KETTLEBELLS and CORE RESISTANCE to help with that all important swing.

to attendance at the specific class booked and not any other sport / fitness / swimming facilities. ‘Two’ friends means either the same person twice or two individuals once each. Offer ends 31st October 2022.
