What is racketball?

Racketball is played on a regular squash court but is a lot easier to pick up than squash. With a shorter racket and larger, bouncier ball, meaning rallies last longer as the ball moves slower.

Some of the benefits of racketball include:
1. Longer rallies means you keep moving – so it’s a great cardio workout.
2. Always thinking one or two shots ahead, gives your brain a workout too.
3. It’s a social game and when you play at doubles you have to work as a team with alternate shots, rather than always playing the best player first.
4. It’s a game for all ages with Racketball Nationals played by participants aged from 9 to over 80.
