Salary / Benefits

Salary: £22,880 – plus commission
28 days holiday plus after 3 years – 1 extra day each year up a max of 33 days
Use of the gym, squash courts, tennis courts and pools after 3 months employment.

Job Specification

If you’re an experienced Personal Trainer with an upbeat attitude, we would love you to join our Fitness Team.

In your role as a Personal Trainer, you will pay a key part in delivering an amazing member experience by teaching a variety of classes, taking personal training sessions, gym inductions and creating workout plans. 

We’re looking for someone with a positive approach to helping existing and new members, colleagues and management, an outstanding set of customer service skills, a pro-active approach in growing your PT client base and an understanding and willingness to create content for social media.

Hours

40 hours to include some early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Level 3 NVQ Personal Trainer
Experience of working in a gym environment
Outstanding customer service skills
Delivering a variety of classes and PT sessions to a high standard
Pro-active in growing PT client base
Knowledgeable and willing to create content for social media

Desirable qualifications

Les Mills Qualification
Level 3 Exercise Referral Qualification

Christmas opening times

Please note all club facilities will be closed on Christmas Day (25th Dec) and Boxing Day (26th Dec).

Wear Park Spa will also be closed on Christmas Eve (24th Dec), New Year’s Eve (31st Dec) and New Year’s Day (1st Jan).
