What do you do?
I manage the membership team on Reception and ensure that everybody’s journey through the club is as friendly, welcoming and satisfying as possible!
What do you love about the club and working in leisure?
I love having input in so many different areas of the club which allows me to get to know as many members as I can and really help them make the most of their membership. Leisure is a great industry to work in because it’s so varied and always changing – and I have to keep up!
When did you start?
I started working at the club in 2012 (and now I am the face of the company)
A sentence about you?
I like to think I’m the funniest member of staff here…
Favourite leisure activities?
I love playing squash when I can – it’s a great workout (even though I can’t actually play!).
