The 6-Week Fitness Challenge with Lum is designed to help you achieve your fitness and weight goals, while setting you up with manageable long-term lifestyle change that will continue into the future.

Lum Berisha, one of our Personal Trainers, is an experienced Body Coach specialising in weight loss and muscle gain through strategic plans both online and in-person. What You’ll Get:

When you sign up or Lum’s Six Week Fitness Challenge, you’re investing in both a healthy eating and workout plan but also a supportive community to guide you every step of the way. Here’s what to expect:

1x In-Person Personal Training (PT) Session Per Week: 

You’ll have a dedicated, one-on-one session each week with a personal trainer who will help you with form, progression, and ensuring you’re on track with your goals.

Everfit App Workouts: 

When you’re not in the gym, you’ll be able to log in to the Everfit app, where we’ll provide you with tailored workouts to do at home or at the gym. These will complement your in-person sessions, ensuring you’re consistently progressing.

Weekly Check-Ins: 

Every week, you’ll complete a quick check-in through the Everfit form. This helps us track your progress and provides you with personalized video feedback to keep you motivated and on the right path.

Weekly Group Coaching Call: 

Join our coaching group call via Zoom or Teams, where we discuss tips, answer questions, and share strategies to help you stay on track. This group environment is a great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and receive additional support.

Bi-Weekly Workshops & Group Workouts
Every second Saturday, you’ll participate in:

A 30-minute Workshop/Q&A:

We dive into topics that are key for fat loss and getting fit, such as nutrition, resistance training, sleep, and cardio. These sessions will teach you valuable tools to accelerate your progress and keep you motivated.

A 30-minute Group Workout:

After the workshop, you’ll participate in a high-energy group workout that will get your body moving and help you apply what you’ve learned in real-time.

Week-by-Week Breakdown:

Week 1:

Onboarding & Setup:

You’ll be introduced to Everfit and we’ll set up your personalized training and nutrition targets—calories, protein, step target, cardio target, and more. The first week is all about setting the foundation for your journey.

1x 1-Hour PT Session:

You’ll start with your first in-person PT session to evaluate your current fitness level and establish your goals.

Week 2-6:

Progress Reviews:

Every week, we’ll review your training, nutrition, and cardio progress. If needed, we’ll make adjustments to ensure you’re constantly moving toward your goals.

Weekly 1-Hour PT Session:

Each week you’ll have a dedicated personal training session that will continue to challenge and push you.

At the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll have made incredible progress, and we’ll discuss the next steps in your fitness journey. Our goal is to ensure that you’re ready to keep up your momentum, and we’ll offer you the option to continue personal training for sustained weight loss and fitness improvements.

How To Get Started:

Ready to take the plunge? 

All members are welcome – you don’t have to be a Fitness Member, as you can use the gym during your Personal Training sessions with Lum – of course, you’re welcome to add it to your membership so you have the perfect place to workout, outside of your PT sessions, rain or shine!
