Hole 2 is a 387 yard par 4 and is much tougher than the scorecard suggests particularly so early in the round. A fairway bunker on the left hand side is to be avoided and tree lined on the right doesn’t leave much margin for the perfect angle into a green with bunkers surround the front entrance. A tee shot finishing up the left hand side of the fairway will make a much easier uphill approach shot. Always pay attention to the flag position as the front of the green slopes severely with the back of the green much flatter.
