Balance, Body Awareness and Nervous System HealingÂ
This interactive workshop will explore how everyday stress affects the nervous system, and how simple, science-backed practices can help restore calm, boost energy, and enhance overall wellbeing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the nervous system shapes how we feel, think, move, and connect, while learning practical tools to use anytime, on the golf course, at work, at home, or during moments of overwhelm.
The Wellbeing Workshop is facilitated by Step One Head of Psychological Practice and Development, Dr. Chandanee Kotecha.
Chandanee has extensive clinical experience across mental health, supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and young people. She combines clinical practice with leadership in academia and EDI, developing inclusive programmes in psychology, leadership, and neurodiversity. Passionate about equitable access, she works across clinical, academic, and community settings to drive innovation and positive change in mental health services.
