What’s new in BODYBALANCE 104?
BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. Moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind toÂ
This new release focusses on more internal, relaxed sound, promoting a calm feel throughout the class. This allows you to move into a state of deep relaxation and self-care.Â
As well as sun salutations, the moon salutations are back! If you like a challenge, you can try standing mermaid in the balance track.
Â
What’s new in BODYCOMBAT 99?
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn over 500 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYCOMBAT 99 is an amazing release with some great music that carries you through the workout. As always there are many options and modifications that people can choose to tailor each exercise to their needs. You do not need to be super fit for BODYCOMBAT…it’s all about working out as a group – it’s much more than an instructor standing at the front shouting – you start as one team and finish as a team.Â
This release has a particular focus on the glutes and core with functional capoeira (Brazilian martial art) training through the class. You do not need to know anything about marital arts to come to a BODYCOMBAT class – there is no contact, it’s just about using martial arts moves as a basis for aerobic exercise.Â
Â
BODYBALANCE followed by BODYCOMBAT?
BODYBALANCE followed by BODYCOMBAT is a perfect combination – warming up your muscles in BODYBALANCE before the cardio and strength work in BODYCOMBAT.
