Zumba at Exeter Golf and Country Club is a low impact, fun, cardio workout class. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International dance featuring a combination of fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt to body. Zumba fitness is good for core strengthening and flexibility, with lots of hip and midsection movements. Zumba is a calorie-burning cardiovascular workout in the atmosphere of a dance party. Zumba really puts the fun into fitness. Zumba is energetic with choreographed dancing to burn calories and may help you lose weight. As it’s low impact, Zumba protects bones, joints and muscles while raising your heart rate and improving your balance, posture, and coordination.
