On-Ramping Weightlifting Course

Take advantage of the 6-for-5 Personal Training offer to master weightlifting techniques and build confidence in the gym. Over six sessions, you’ll learn to lift safely, effectively, and progressively. 

Suitable for complete beginners through to anyone wanting to improve their technique with expert guidance to increase strength. The six one-hour sessions can be taken once a week or twice a week, with a plan for workouts in between.

From foundational movements like deadlifts and squats to advanced techniques such as cleans and snatches, we’ll cover it all. You’ll also gain practical knowledge on using dumbbells and learn how to train with purpose, working towards your specific fitness goals. This is your chance to develop skills, confidence, and a solid foundation for your strength journey.

About The Coach

Jacob Swain has just joined the Fitness Team from CrossFit Pi at Woodbury. A qualified and experienced CrossFit Instructor and Personal Trainer, he specialises in Weightlifting and Strength Training, and will work with clients to perfect their technique.

Price

Six one-hour sessions for the price of five costs £175 for Fitness Members or £190 for other Club Members.
