LBT Tone and Train are Legs, Bums and Tums classes at Exeter Golf and Country Club. Toning and training for a total body workout. Bum tightening, waist whittling, low impact exercises for the glutes, abs and thighs. Exercises included in Legs, Bums and Tums focus on the core and may include:
Squats, Lunges, Glute Pulses, Jump Squats, Hip Thrusts, Kick Backs, Crunches, Plank, Mountain Climbers, Curtsey Squats, Burpees, Lunge Twist, Romanian Twist and more.
