HIIT is super effective, meaning that you can replace an hour’s workout with just one or two 30 minute HIIT sessions a week…a great choice for those pushed for time.
Exercises you may tackle in HIIT at Exeter Golf and Country Club include mountain climbers, burpees, squat thrusts, lunges, high knee running and more. HIIT is designed to push your limits to increase cardiovascular endurance and explosive power.
HIIT lowers blood pressure, increases the metabolism and continues to burn calories for up to 24 hours after exercise.
