Whether you dream of a six pack, want to improve your performance in sport, or simply keep a bad back at bay, a couple of Ab Blast classes a week will build a stronger core and get you to your goal quicker.

A 30 minute high intensity class focusing entirely on your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, back and hip flexors.

Ab and core exercises include:
Russian twists
Plank and walking plank
Side plank dips and reach through
Mountain climber
Weighted bridge lift
Bicycle crunch and extended leg crunch
Glute bridge lift
Bent Leg V Up
Leg raise and reach clap

Fight the flab with Ab Attack – a muscle-shuddering, ab honing, super session for a core of steel!

Combine it with some high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes to cut excess fat around your waistline.

Christmas opening times

Please note all club facilities will be closed on Christmas Day (25th Dec) and Boxing Day (26th Dec).

Wear Park Spa will also be closed on Christmas Eve (24th Dec), New Year’s Eve (31st Dec) and New Year’s Day (1st Jan).
