Pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto ham, Kale and bacon, fondant potato, roasted carrots and a wholegrain mustard jus
Cod loin, celeriac puree, pickled apple, tenderstem broccoli, fondant potato, hazelnut and truffle pesto, dill oil
Wild mushroom, chestnut and spinach wellington, mushroom ketchup, roasted root vegetables (Vegetarian option)
Dessert:
Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, clotted cream
Cheese plate – Devon Blue, Sharpham Brie, Quickes Cheddar, fruit chutney, artisan crackers
