After School Club

Time to try something new and get active!

The After School Activities sessions are free for young members to give our sports and fitness facilities a go in a fun, safe and friendly setting.

To help encourage our younger members to get more active and try new sports (while also freeing up  parents for their own time at the club!), our Sports and Fitness Team have created a programme of fun sessions between 4pm and 5.30pm on Tuesdays – Fridays.

Focus on fun!

The new After-School Club sessions are all about having FUN…without the commitment or the skill-focus you would get in our sports coaching programmes. This is a great way for children who aren’t having rackets or golf coaching at the club, to see if they enjoy the sport! Over in the gym, our Personal Trainers will be offering BoxFit and Circuits designed especially for children aged from 10 – 16 years.

Free up the family!

The new After School Club will create some extra ‘me-time’ for parents to go to a class, book a pt, play a bit of tennis or squash, pop to the spa, have a swim, or even just relax in the jacuzzi, before enjoying a family dinner together.

Check the Members App for a new virtual spin class on Mondays and Fridays from 4.30pm – 5pm, or book in for the new Group Personal Training sessions for £10 per person (maximum of four spaces!) on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 4.30pm – 5pm.

Happy Hour for Kids!

Free drink with any children’s meal between 5pm and 6pm from Tuesdays – Fridays! Plus add a one-scoop ice cream dessert for just £1!
Choose from:
Apple, apple and blackcurrant or strawberry Simply Fruity or an apple or orange juice carton.

With the new Members Bar and Café opening later in the spring, complete with a new style menu with more focus on improved family food, healthier options and more of the favourite pub-style classics, we have more exciting things to come.

How to book?

The sessions are bookable on the app, in the same way as fitness classes, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
