Our All Sports Junior Memberships include use of the squash and tennis courts. We encourage our Junior Members to learn new sports and try their hand at as many different sports as they can.

According to Forbes magazine, squash is the healthiest sport of our time, and that is especially so for children.

Squash is great for the heart and lungs, improves flexibility and is brilliant for improving hand-eye co-ordination. Tennis and racketball are of course, very similar and all three racket sports are great to boost confidence and get children socialising with others.

Exeter Golf and Country Club has a long history of regional success at a junior level in both squash and tennis, with many of our young players performing really well in competitions both in the area and nationally.

Our coaching team are expert in bringing out the best of our young players and additional coaching is available on a one-on-one basis or in the mini tennis and mini squash programmes at a weekend. We’re happy to let children give the coaching a go – so the first session is a free introductory one to see how they get on.
