The New Class Timetable will be launched on Monday of next week, January 23rd. The Fitness team have collected a lot of feedback about the type of classes and time of classes from the membership, and we have come up with what we feel is the best solution to everyone’s wishes.
The new timetable includes new early morning classes, see’s the introduction of Meditation workshop and Boxercise, and the re-introduction of Leg’s Bum’s and Tum’s. The team have also introduced a beginners spinning class, and some group personal training sessions (Payable at reception).
