Tim Vail, one of the UK’s top squash players will visit Exeter Golf and Country Club on Monday 25th November.

Tim, who is a Level 4 coach and former world number 111 as well as British National over 35s Squash Champion and 5 times National Racketball Champion will be taking on the squash coaches and offering techniques and top tips to Exeter squash members.

Starting at 7pm, Tim will be available for some free coaching and advice on how to improve squash techniques and develop strategies to win.

Exeter squash coaches, Matt Baker of England Squash and Racketball, and tennis and squash pro Dave Palmer will be battling against Tim in a series of exhibition matches for members to watch from 8pm.

Exeter Golf and Country Club has the best squash courts in the region with glass backs and maintained to the highest levels. The club has a number of squash teams competing across Devon in squash ladders and championships.

Members of Exeter Golf and Country Club can play squash as part of a rackets membership.   Junior members can also play as part of their All Sports Junior Memberships and are welcome to come along to meet Tim.

Zumba is coming back!

We are pleased to announce that we have now found an instructor to take over the Zumba classes as of the 17th September.

Classes take place on a Monday 7.30-8.30pm, Wednesday 11.30-12.30pm and a Saturday from 10.15-11.15am.
