Exeter Golf & Country Club

Personal Trainer | Fitness Instructor

As a members’ club we know that it is people who make an experience exceptional.

Join our Fitness Team as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

We are also looking for self-employed Les Mills GRIT / BODYPUMP instructors to join the team – contact jenni.ashford@exetergcc.co.uk to find out more.

Our gym is growing and we we’re looking for a new team member to deliver a dynamic, motivational experience for our members while we get to work on our £500K gym redevelopment plan starting in 2022.

The new gym and class studios will offer a boutique high-end fitness facility as part of the £2 million club-wide development plan which gets underway in June.

We are now looking to build our Fitness Membership, re-shaping it to move into the next era of fitness at Exeter Golf and Country Club.

Skills and Experience

If you are an engaging and motivational REPS 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with fitness class qualifications – especially Les Mills programmes – and experience working in a members’ gym, we would love to hear from you.

Les Mills is a big part of our fitness class offering and so, it is important that you either have Les Mills qualifications or you are happy to undergo training to add it to your repertoire.

Working alongside a small team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers with varied specialisms and experience, you will help drive gym engagement by helping people achieve their individual fitness goals.

Friendly and personable, you will be able to get to know our members through scheduled floor time as well as through group training and fitness classes, to build a client base and personal training revenue.

You will assist with membership tours, carry out inductions, create fitness programmes and ensure the gym is a safe but energetic and motivational environment.

With no rent or fees to pay, a monthly wage – plus excellent commission scheme, and professional support from the wider team at Exeter Golf and Country Club including marketing and personal development opportunities, contact us now to tell us why you’re the personal trainer for us.
