Play Tennis

Our six artificial grass courts are surrounded by ancient trees in the grounds of an English mansion house creating a picturesque setting for a game of tennis.

Perhaps finish off an early evening game with a Pimms on the terrace of the restaurant? You can’t get much more ‘English’ than that. If those winter months prove too wet to play outdoors, then pop inside and try your hand at squash or racketball, both are included in the Rackets membership.

Over the summer and winter seasons we have sixteen teams competing in the Exeter and District and East Devon Tennis Leagues so there is plenty of opportunity for everyone who would like to participate in competitive league tennis.

With six floodlit courts we offer tennis throughout the year from early morning through till the evening. With an abundance of social activities, club sessions and competitions, plus tuition from our team of professional coaches, your tennis skills will come on leaps and bounds, along with quickly getting to know lots of new friends and players!

Junior Tennis

We have a thriving mini tennis section with an opportunity for players of all ages and abilities to join our coaching programme. From Parents and Tots on a Friday morning through to Aegon Team Tennis fixtures, all of our juniors can play tennis as part of their All Sports Membership. Our perennially popular Saturday Morning Mini Tennis sessions provide a fantastic introduction to the sport, with private lessons and weekday squads also on offer for juniors to advance their game.
