Sammy Lee

Sammy has recently qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer. She is keen to help others reach their own personal goals as well as achieving her own. Sammy used to swim for Devon until the age of 14 and is a qualified ASA teacher here at the Club. Having recently taken up competitive
running, Sammy has now completed 3 half marathons and is confident to coach others striving to do the same.

Sammy has great people skills and a proactive enthusiasm towards both her work and fitness and looks forward to welcoming our members to thGym soon.

Nick Rose

Nick is very dedicated to the fitness of others and also his own fitness. Nick has a keen interest in most sports, especially cricket, in which he hopes to train as a coach. To keep himself super fit, Nick loves to go for a good run. Nick is a master in programme designs to suit your every need. Nick has completed all his training with the support of the club and has the most update to date knowledge that you could hope for. Nick is very approachable and a great motivator.

Lee Cooke

Lee is the club’s Fitness Manager. Lee will do everything that he can to make sure your fitness experience is enjoyable and stress free. Lee is always open to feedback. Especially if it can lead to improvements in your Fitness. Lee specialises in weight loss and endurance events. Lee has a military background and a wealth of experience in motivating the unmotivated!
